A local Energy & Utilities company is seeking a Resource Planning Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the division, coordinate customer installations, and maintain database reports crucial for the smooth operation of the organization.

Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30AM-4:30PM Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $31 an hour Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule customer installations.
  • Create and maintain database reports using T&D Packages SharePoint, ECT, & SAP.
  • Scan field checks and create notifications for inspections by field personnel.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence and information.
  • Compile and report data for special reports, audit requests, and continuous improvement events.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and regulatory documents.
  • Research, compile, and organize schedule data for decision-making.
  • Analyze scheduled and completed jobs to promote efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide cost studies for cancelled versus scheduled jobs and review metrics for CID/Engineering jobs.
  • Coordinate information technology requests for the division.
  • Provide general administrative support including answering calls, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Excel.
  • Previous financial or legislative experience preferred.
  • Proficient with numbers and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports using office equipment and software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
