Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events maintain calendars and coordinate conference rooms. Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and emails ensure documents are accurate and properly formatted. Data Entry: Input data into spreadsheets, databases, or other software maintain records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience handle basic inquiries and provide information about the organization. Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed maintain inventory and ensure the office is well-stocked.
