Summary:

What You'll Do:

  • Service more complex residential and commercial solutions including wired and wireless systems.
  • Perform commercial fire inspections
  • Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.
  • As new products/solutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 Years: of field experience or equivalent education or certification
  • 2 or more years security industry experience
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Performs task with minimal errors 
  • Working with Hand Tools/Ladders/Drills
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Though Provoking/Team Player 
  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • NICET Fire Level I - Preferred 
  • Computer Literacy and Networking knowledge
  • Ability to climb ladders 6 ft. or greater; comfortable working in enclosed spaces
