Job Description

  • As the Community Banker RM | Small Business Banker, you will work with a collaborative team and partner with customers in your community. You will interact directly with a defined segment of small business clients to enhance existing relationships as well as prospect new clients. The Community Banker will focus on the needs of small business customers and support community engagement activities throughout diverse and LMI communities to ensure that Bremer Bank is effectively meeting the needs of all small businesses. As well as providing personal banking support business owners and their employees. Drive business development efforts through networking and community involvement, positioning the organization as a leader in small business banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain relationships with small business clients, providing expert financial advice and support.
  • Identify potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Serve all needs for small business clients including their consumer banking needs.
  • Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Serve small businesses lending needs.
  • Build relationships with small business owners and provide them with financial advice and support.
  • Collaborates with market leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Combination of education and experience that can generally be achieved through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years financial services experience with proficiency in small business deposit products, processes, and services.
  • Strong ability and desire to conduct sales activities.
  • Experience in sales or promotion of products and services will support your success in this role
  • Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer Relationship Management values, Bremer C3 Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Eligible to hold NMLS credentials
