Job Title: Operations Support Administrator Job Type: Full Type, Non-Exempt Department: Operations Direct Report: Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary: BOSS Facility Services is searching for an enthusiastic and purpose-driven individual for the Operations Support Administrator position in our operations department. This position is full-time and requires you to be on site during the day shift, Monday through Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required. This position warrants a friendly, positive, and professional manner with superb communication (written, verbal and listening) skills. A high level of organizational skills and a customer service mindset is strongly desired for this role. Must have Office 365 experience. Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Receive and fulfill goals and targets set by the Operation Manager or Assistant Manage Monitor and address incoming customer requests, ensuring resolution. Resolve customer issues, escalating when needed, and report outcomes to senior management. Maintain and update client QBR calendar and necessary reports. Support Operations Managers in employee evaluations. Maintain / update operations calendar. Update on-call rotation shifts in Microsoft Shifts. Update Pager Duty contact information weekly. Anticipating needs: Think critically and creatively to anticipate the needs of those being supported. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents. Demonstrate self-motivation, accountability, and readiness to work beyond regular hours for superior customer service delivery. Expectations: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Career mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing. speaking and listening) Ability to convey information effectively. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Ability to multitask. Performing other related duties as assigned.
