Who are we hiring?The Kansas City Current is seeking a Manager, Video. The Manager, Video will be responsible for management of the production, shooting, editing and delivery of video content servicing the needs of entire KC Current organization, with a focus on content for the clubâs direct-to-consumer platforms. What will you do?·         Produce and edit video content for KC Current's social media, website, app, and in-stadium platforms·         Cover and capture events related to Club as requested: matches, trainings, sponsored events, community appearances and Club events·         Produce, capture and edit co-branded video content for the clubâs roster of corporate partners ·         Create promotional video content for KC Current and CPKC Stadium events and ticketing·         Shoot and edit match content for KC Current matches, home and away.·         Produce video content that engages viewers, and adheres to KC Currentâs brand standards.·         Work with larger Content & Creative team to develop clubâs content and creative strategy·         Perform other related duties as assigned. What do you need to succeed?·         Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere, After Effects ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software ·         Experience demonstrating professionalism in professional or collegiate athlete environment·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ·         Thorough understanding of and ability to use basic video production equipment. ·         Willingness to work nights and weekends. ·         Knowledge of and passion for soccer, sports and/or womenâs sports ·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects. ·         Ability to work in a team environment.·         Ability to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video  Special requirements of the Job:·         All new hires must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by date of hire, subject to legally mandated accommodations. ·         The ability to drive to and from KC Current events and matches across Kansas City We value diversity and seek world-class employees of all backgrounds.
