Reservation Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in managing employees according to our values. Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.

Emphasize training and development as a way of doing business in order to empower employees to successfully perform their jobs. Help to develop management talent by acting as a mentor for others.

Ensure employees fully understand performance standards, review process, and reward successes.

Train employees to increase level of customer sales and service skills on an ongoing basis.

  • Assist in analyzing the call center reporting data to maximize revenue.
  • Identify and effectively react to major revenue opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Review calls for Reservation Sales Agents and ensuring compliance with each call.

  • Strong administrative and computer skills are required
  • Enthusiasm & passion for customer service
  • Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members
  • Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • 2 years Guest Services experience
  • Call Center experience is a plus
