As a Operations Assistant  you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the company . You will  collaborate with upper management to design strategies for guiding employees and processes so as to maximize company efficiency. Your position will revolve around the daily transactions and activities in receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and preparing the outgoing shipments. Assistants help unload new materials, inspecting them for any damage, and processing any shipping-related forms and documents.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Customer service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with transportation management systems.Fluent English

Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and typing accurately.Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
