It is a great time to be a part of the Lilly Team This role is part of a corporate team that has responsibility for planning (Business and Strategic Plans), forecasting, reporting, general controllership, and project work for the Global Manufacturing organization. This role specifically supports the API network and has the following core responsibilities:

  • Serve as corporate liaison to site finance teams, providing support for all aspects of planning, forecasting, and actual results reporting.
  • Engage with cross-functional business partners on various projects.

    This role will serve as a key financial contact for the Senior Vice President of Global API Network Expansion.

    Key Objectives:

  • Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, ensuring key financial processes are fully completed in a timely basis.
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports to management, detailing the key factors influencing financial performance and offering prompt forecast updates.Consult with parenteral site finance teams on a wide range of business and accounting topics, ensuring compliance to financial and accounting policies and controls.Partner with Manufacturing Strategy and other cross-functional business partners on strategy development, investment analysis, and a wide-range of other project work.Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to build consistency across the parenteral network on key business and financial processes.Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and automation within manual, routine processes to liberate capacity for tasks that add more value.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant field with appropriate experience.At least five years’ experience in Finance with deep planning/forecasting/reporting ideally in manufacturing areas.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
