As an Associate Product Owner you are part of Employee Experience team. This team is focused on enhancing productivity with friction-free processes, quick answers to common questions, and simple task automations creating the flexibility, space, and time for colleagues to work on what matters most discovering and delivering solutions that address complex health issues.

Our organization is delivering AI-powered chatbot that will measurably improve employee productivity for our 50,000+ employees worldwide. In this role, you will be working with cross functional areas to define use cases, prioritize value, and design solutions to extend an AI-powered chatbot, and ensure the final product delights our employees. In this role, you will get the chance to work with a wide variety of stakeholders from BTS and the line-of-business functions that BTS supports.
Job Description

In this role youll be responsible for:

Business Case Development and Value Mapping: Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, UX design, and the team to create user requirements and user stories. Prioritize backlog based on value and urgency under the direction of the Product Owner. Align and partner with business areas and IT departments. Map end to end process and create improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits.Agile Software Lifecycle: Build exceptional user experience and make cross functional support quick and easy with AI chatbot. As part of the agile team, you write requirements and user stories. Collaborate with developers, designers, and various stakeholders to build features that meet the requirements. Conduct testing to ensure the system is working as designed and fit for purpose. Develop test plans and drive end-user and stakeholder alignment.Stakeholder Management: Develop strong cross functional business relationships and integrate activities with other organizations and cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts. Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and meetings. Collaborate across various business and IT organizations to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose, meet the requirements, and technical standards of IT delivery. Change Management: Serve as point of contact to stakeholders, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development. Expose business users to features early and often. Create training materials, conduct training, and build awareness of the new features and its capabilities through various channels.Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback, user research, chatbot data, and input from cross-functional stakeholders to find insights and recommend product improvements. Apply business and technology knowledge to identify use cases in various domains and make recommendations to simplify complex work processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree with 6 years of experience, or Masters with 5 years of experience, or a PhDAgile methodologies, scrum, and Kanban frameworks experienceBusiness case development, value mapping, and user stories development in enterprise environment/systemsDemonstrated experience in creating and executing data driven, risk-based test strategiesExperience mapping current and future processes using digital toolsExperience working in a complex, cross functional teamsDemonstrated excellent analytic, judgment and consultative capabilitiesStrong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with both IT staff and businessDemonstrates a genuine passion for enhancing user experience
