Direct Store Delivery is a part of our KDP organization that primarily focuses on the cold side of our business i.e., carbonated soft drinks, waters, energy drinks, etc. This position will specifically focus on one of our three DSD Business Units - the South Business Unit. The geography that this role covers is approximately one third of the United States. This individual will have impact on everyone from our Business Unit General Manager to our Merchandisers and everyone in-between.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Creating, executing and evaluating learning initiatives across a multitude of topics, including however not limited to Digital Transformation and Journey to Great initiatives.Continuous optimization of sales business processes across the Business Unit.Sharing best practices across your Business Unit as well as across the country.Utilizing KDP technology to enhance all / any learning experiences / initiatives.Ability to easily keep track of all learning that has occurred within your Business Unit via excel and other business communication technology tools.Ability to persuade and influence all stakeholders across the Business Unit. Individual will have to be able to choose to deal with conflict, ambiguity and be a highly motivated self-starter.Working side-by-side in stores with our salespeople, noting early start / late finish times plus the need to merchandise and help sell our brands on shelf and in cold coolers.Budget Management – primarily via our Concur expense reporting system.
