This role will be a key partner to the Business Technology Officers, other members of the USB Technology Finance team, as well as to business leaders to drive strategic decision making

  • Leadership of a team with a focus on talent development
  • Prepare clear and concise management presentations to ensure key messages are captured and action steps are well defined to enable swift decision-making.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of enhancements to key technology processes, including expense allocations/chargebacks for the USB areas this team supports
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and navigate through areas that may not be in direct line of responsibility to transform strategy into action
