Job Description:
This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Framingham office at least two times per week.
The Opportunity
The IQ team at Workhuman is seeking a Senior People Data Scientist to help drive innovation (new methods, new applications, new tools) across our people analytics and data science engagements with external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
If you have a passion for combining consulting skills with analytical know-how, and a relentless focus on making complex data interpretable, this role could be for you.

The skills you will bring

  • Experience across statistical and database programming languages (R, Python, SQL), as well as cloud computing experience
  • Familiarity with a range of statistical and data science methods and techniques, from regression and categorical data analysis, to organizational network analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to connect with external stakeholders and customers by influencing mindsets and inspiring through data
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving, developing innovative solutions or new approaches in a very fast-moving environment

  • Strong track record of translating complex findings and analyses to a variety of audiences, based in a strong foundation of people (HR) data and systems
  • You have effectively managed multiple projects and deadlines in support of various business units and client priorities
  • Proven success on projects that have improved the scalability of your team's services or processes
