Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor plant staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Oversee all manufacturing processes including metal cutting, welding, and assembly.
  • Implement and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and logistics teams to meet production goals.
  • Monitor production KPIs, manage budgets, and develop continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
  • Optimize plant resources to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve overall plant performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of metal fabrication processes and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar efficiency programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
