We are in hyper-growth mode, and we want to find the best-of-the-best to grow with us As a Corporate Sales Recruiter, you will play a high-impact role by overseeing the full cycle recruiting process for our Business Development team across all of our US office locations (with primary support to our Chicago, IL office). What You’ll Do

Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidatesBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline for all office locations that drives both quality and volume Find talent Proactively identify candidates with the ideal candidate profile by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and moreCultivate the candidate experience Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview processPartner with TA leadership, hiring managers, HR and training in order to understand and track ongoing hiring profile trendsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers, review their feedback and make recommendations as neededUtilize strong qualifying skills over the phone to ensure candidates are a good match for the position and Arrive culture Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, final interview panels, and offer acceptancesClosely collaborate with peers on the Sales Recruiting team to achieve fill rate goalsClosely collaborate with Campus Recruiting team to ensure successful placement of early talent hiresWork collaboratively with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure the team is set up for success and any roadblocks are identified and problem-solved


Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition1+ year(s) of experience working in a high volume recruiting environment preferredA proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed. Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadershipYou take initiative and drive various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the teamAbility to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentHustle We are a lean team, so be prepared to contribute to additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed
