Responsibilities:

Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chatProviding accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account statusAssisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issuesCollaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concernsMaintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the systemPromoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriateHandling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutionsBuilding strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.Able to exercise progressive decision-making.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to work, and exceed, in time sensitive environment.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
