Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at our Arnold, MO store. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by the company, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone, using standardized customer service techniques.
  • Service Recommendations: Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
  • Quote and Follow-up: Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and follow up with updates throughout the day on the status of their services.
  • Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive-related field.
  • Skills: Professional appearance, ability to work in a process-driven environment, and ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
