Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, using our standardized customer service techniques.
- Service Recommendations: Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
- Sales Promotion: Recommend services according to your level of knowledge, clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer, and properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
- Quote and Follow-up: Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and provide updates throughout the day on the status of their services.
- Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Driver's License: Possess a current, valid driver's license.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or an automotive-related field.
- Professional Appearance: Demonstrate a professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
