Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team In this role you will get to serve as the contractor's single TO manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the FEDSIM COR and the USG Program Office TPOC for the TO for matters of operational and technical delivery.

  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

  • Responsible for overall TO performance and shall be located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

  • Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.

  • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.

  • Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.

  • Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.

  • Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.

  • Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.

  • Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience or 15+ years in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of five years experience as a program manager leading a program or contract/TO of similar size, scope, and complexity.

  • Minimum of five years of experience leading and delivering IT O&M and mission support services for DoD or IC organizations supporting CONUS and OCONUS customers.

  • Minimum of five years experience planning and executing complex IT tasks and projects effectively with minimal Government direction and oversight

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.

  • Proof of active certification is required.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • DoDI 8570.01 Level I (any category or specialty) or higher certification.

  • One or more infrastructure-related technology certifications.

  • One intermediate or higher IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
