We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team as a Program Manager. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading our outpatient therapy programs and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists and assistants
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
  • Meet Clinical Competency requirements
  • Current CPR certification, preferred
