Description:

The Inside Sales Manager will supervise our inside sales team as they follow up on leads through remote outreach methods, such as phone and email. In addition to hiring new employees, they will motivate and coach team members to increase sales. They will also track KPIs that are relevant to the inside sales department, including the level of overall customer satisfaction, sales growth, and response time. The primary focus of the Inside sales group is to manage dealer accounts for our traditional box selling business. They (inside sales) will also work cooperatively with our outside sales staff and assist on projects when needed DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Supervise inside sales team as they follow up on leads and accounts · Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Credit, Sales Support, Production, and Logistics to streamline sales transactions and enhance customer satisfaction · Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. · Drive sales growth and exceed company sales targets by promoting and selling Key products across various channels · Compile comprehensive sales reports on a weekly basis and present findings to management to provide insights into sales performance and areas of opportunity. · Motivate and coach team members · Hire and onboard new employees (for inside sales) · Prepare sales forecasts · Track relevant KPIs · Remain knowledgeable and up to date on Icom products and services and industry trends · Occasionally travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. · Other Duties as assigned
