Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits team In this role, you will assist employees with their benefits enrollment and address any associated inquiries. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a dedication to customer service, excel in multitasking, and exhibit outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
  • Administer various employee benefits programs, such as: group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Maintain the shared email inbox and phone calls and answer questions or concerns from employees about their benefits.
  • Educate employees on benefits and explain benefits self-enrollment system.
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
  • Assist field HR staff with benefit inquiries.
  • Process various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain National Medical Support Order (NMSO) processing.
  • Process life claims and work with beneficiaries to submit paperwork.
  • Assist in processing short term disability claims.
  • Assist with benefits open enrollment planning, communication and implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications & Education
  • Previous administration or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously, both orally and in writing.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Highly organized and able to work well within time constraints
  • Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, Word, PowerPoint
