The Affiliate Marketing Intern will have the rare opportunity to partake in a plethora of impactful projects that will be educational, and prepare the intern for the Beauty Industry. The Sage Lifestyle prides themselves in creating an environment where interns can have a well rounded experience by partaking in projects across all departments including but not limited to: Marketing, E-Commerce, Design, Social Media, etc. The Sage Lifestyle is seeking positive, enthusiastic, self-starting individuals who are passionate about creating brand awareness and telling Sage’s story worldwide. This is a remote position, however there will be required weekly meetings with the internship team and supervisor(s). The hours are flexible, but weekly check-ins with the Supervisor are mandatory via email and/or Zoom depending on the project. 
This is for Fall/Winter 2024.
Affiliate Intern Expectations:

Assist in the management and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.


Conduct research to identify potential affiliate partners and opportunities for program expansion.


Support the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources and materials.


Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.


Prepare regular performance reports and analyses to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.


Help maintain accurate records of affiliate communications, agreements, and payments.


Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and enhance existing strategies.


Providing feedback and best practices on various different initiatives.


Assisting in various research projects in the fields of Marketing, Design, E-Commerce, etc.

Intern Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or higher.


Marketing background in coursework and/or real world experience.


Positive, enthusiastic, and self-starting.


Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.


An interest in fragrances, beauty and wellness.


Exceptional attention to detail.


Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.


Proficiency with computers.


Proficiency with MS Office required (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).


Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and in writing.


A passionate, positive and willing-to-learn attitude.


Shopify experience or any other platform similar is HIGHLY preferred, but not required.


Basic understanding of HTML, preferred but not required.
