POSITION SUMMARY:Sporting JAX LLC is seeking a qualified Manager of Ticket Sales responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the Membership Sales team. Our ideal Manager has in-depth knowledge of sport membership packages, their benefit offerings, and the implementation of a year-round sales campaign. The Manager of Ticket Sales will be well versed in business-to-business sales, business-to-consumer sales, and staff development. This role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, and grow a team to create and maintain a high-performance environment.
The Manager of Ticket Sales role for our club will be a support to our Director. As a Manager of Ticket Sales you will have your own sales goal to remain in touch with those who you help manage. In addition to a personal sales goal for both new and renewal business, you will assist with training, reporting and growing our reps to be the best they can be at their roles.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:â¢Â    Recruits, trains, leads, and develops the membership sales team including, but not limited to hiring, monitoring, supervising, managing, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff on a continuous basis.â¢Â    Develops strategies, procedures, and processes for membership sales team based on best practices, protocols, reporting, tracking, events, and other applicable guidelines for training, accountability, and consistency purposes. â¢Â    Implements and manages new touchpoint campaigns with various internal stakeholders including marketing, digital, creative, and analytics.â¢Â    Oversees the membership sales team to ensure goals and standards are met by holding regular check-ins with the team to set objectives and report progress to Director.â¢Â    Meet and/or achieve personal sales targets for both new and renewal business on a per year basisâ¢Â    Other duties as assigned.                         Â
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:â¢Â    Bachelorâs Degree â Required â¢Â    Minimum three (3) years of ticket experience within the sports industryâ¢Â    One (1) year of ticketing leadership experience within the sports industry â Preferredâ¢Â    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, and other computer skills â Required â¢Â    Ticketing system experience, SeatGeek, Tickeys.com â Preferred â¢Â    CRM experience, HubSpot â PreferredÂ
