Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Traction Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead all aspects of Traction engineering, implementation, testing, and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project so as to satisfy customer requirements while adhering to project budgets and schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids, establish and maintain interfaces with other Engineering departments and with relevant functions, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Effective leadership and oversight of the Traction Engineering team,

  • Ensuring project deliverables meet customer requirements within budget and schedule constraints,

  • Fostering collaboration between Traction Engineering and other departments,

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills within the Traction Engineering Function

  • Experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,

  • Experience or understanding of railway industry standards and practices,

  • Familiarity with traction engineering concepts and applications
