We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA; Austin, TX; or St. Petersburg, FL office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on implementing SEO tactics and managing paid advertising to enhance our digital presence globally. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning SEO strategies and applying them across diverse markets and cultures in complex B2B environments. You will work closely with various teams to identify new SEO opportunities, create detailed marketing analyses, and drive digital demand for SAP Concur worldwide.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organic Search Performance: Monitor and analyze organic search performance, generating detailed reports for various regions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize web analytics and other data sources to meet business goals and provide actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content based on keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies informed by competitor analysis, industry trends, and keyword research.
  • On-Site Optimization: Optimize on-site elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content to maximize visibility and rankings.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated on SEO industry news and search engine algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on SEO and paid advertising.
  • Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop a world-class SEO skillset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics platforms, third-party marketing tools, and content management systems. Experience with SEMRush, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, and/or Google Keyword Planner preferred.
  • Collaboration: Excellent cross-group collaboration skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Change Management: Comfort with ambiguity and a champion of change.

This position offers a total compensation range of $114,800.00 to $141,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
