Technical Support:

Client Training:

  • Create documentation and user manuals to support training initiatives.

System Integration:

  • Work on integrating software solutions with existing systems and databases.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

 Minimal travel to local customer sites

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Android devices and mobile applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in one of Java, PHP, TypeScript programming languages.
  • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus
