Your Day Includes

Assessing projects initially to determine issues and conditions.Preparing initial assessment reports and managing project budget for client reviewWorking with the engineering team to develop project scopes.Negotiating and preparing vendor and subcontractor purchase orders.Overseeing project scheduling and coordination between contractors and clients.Monitoring and controlling construction through site visits, meetings, and documentation.

Must Haves

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field work experience in HVAC and Plumbing.Minimum 4 years of verifiable Project Management experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing.Ability to travel up to 50%.Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification or Professional Engineer license is a plus.
