Representative, Customer Service

This position provides proactive customer service by responding to both customer telephone calls, emails, and written inquiries regarding warranty returns, policies and procedures, and requests for information.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Communicate information sent from Customer Service via email or shared document to repairs team. Work directly with Warranty Ops team to confirm all orders for replacement parts are shipped in a timely manner. Processing of items deemed not covered under warranty to and from rack and sending invoices to customer while maintaining a 30-day turnaround time. Conduct secondary evaluations on all items considered to not be covered under warranty to ensure consistency. Coordinate all outbound international shipments for no charge replacement orders. Assist with entering of no charge replacement orders and gift cards for warranty claims. Collaborate with call center representatives. Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
1-2 years previous customer service experience preferred High School diploma or its equivalent is required Knowledge of basic software programs (Word, Excel) with internet experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills (written, oral) Critical thinking/Decision making Organizational skills with the ability to multitask Must be flexible and willing to accept change Positive attitude and ability to work with others Basic Customer Service skills Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
This job is performed as a stand-up/sit-down position. Overhead reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 30lbs. Hiring Range:
$14.22 USD - $17.78 USD per hour
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
