Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the apparel industry, particularly in sweater of Missy/Junior market. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with Kohl's, BJ's, Marmaxx, Ross and Target. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring successful partnerships with our retail partners. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Account Management: Manage existing accounts and ensure that the company's products are prominently featured. 
Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities,
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to identify opportunities. 
Lines Presentation: Present the company's collections in line showings, individual buyer meetings.
Qualifications: 
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on sweater. 
Established relationships with major department stores, especially Kohl's, Costco, BJ's, and Target. 
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
Strong negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Willingness to travel as required and better to be multi-tasker
