Our client, an international Denim Brand, is looking for a talented and seasoned Sales Manager to join their growing Wholesale team. In this position, you will be responsible for strategically driving growth in our wholesale channel by cultivating new specialty accounts and identifying opportunities to expand business. You will collaborate cross functionally with internal partners and directly manage the existing team of sales reps. Responsibilities: • To find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business • To make sure right product is represented at the right region and store • To stay up-to-date on current market trends • To manage specialty accounts, increase business and expand distribution • To make related projections on expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products • To achieve seasonal and annual sales targets • To manage ATS (available to sell) • To contribute to business development and design/merchandising processes • To analyze weekly selling reports to provide accounts with the proper marketing and selling tools and replenishment as needed and required related actions Qualifications: • 5-7 years of managerial experience • Strong background focused on apparel sales, denim experience preferred • Experience and established relationships with specialty retailers (primarily apparel boutiques) • Must be willing to travel for account meetings and tradeshows • Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver • Organized and attentive to detail; resourceful and solution oriented Compensation: Base Salary $90k-$100k + commission
