Ensures voice of the customer guide development teams in building software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact.
Supports prioritizing and manage product backlogs and incorporate feedback from business stakeholders to guide continuous product improvement.
Conduct user acceptance testing to confirm acceptance criteria are met, and to ensure proper functioning and data accuracy and completeness of complex, interrelated and interdependent software applications.
Participates in sprint planning to determine the team's objectives for the upcoming sprint, and leads the sprint review meeting to present the output from the sprint to key stakeholders.

Physical Requirements
: The work will involve standing, sitting, and walking. Travel to local institutions and to other facilities within the VISN as well as VA central office may be necessary on an occasional basis, which could require carrying light items, driving a motor vehicle, and working long hours under stressful situations. Most activities will be performed at a computer terminal.
