This Sales Representative position is based in Pittsfield, MA.  The sales territory covers Berkshire County. 

What you will be doing / Essential job duties: 

  • Develop and leverage effective customer relations and promote the goodwill of the Company
  • Successful sale, distribution and placement of all products in on premise and off premise accounts
  • Effective accounts receivable collections according to company credit policy
  • Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis and also when directed
  • Develop new accounts and new placements, driving growth in current accounts and opening up opportunities for relationships in new accounts
  • Organize and execute point of sale materials at all accounts, properly merchandising with permanent and paper POS
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries
  • Execute monthly and quarterly goals as related to business activities
  • Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned territory
  • Assist in the development and expansion of the product portfolio
  • Handle deliveries, as needed
  • Identify sales opportunities for all craft beer, spirits, and wine brands
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of territory and market conditions
  • Other duties as assigned


What we are looking for...

  • Self drive and motivation to achieve personal and company goals
  • B.S. or B.A. required 
  • 1 or more years experience in outside sales  
  • 1 or more years experience in outside sales selling craft beer preferred 
  • Availability Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Enthusiasm to participate in evening / weekend strategic promotional events when applicable [ ie the Big E ]  
  • Access to personal vehicle to navigate assigned territory; mileage reimbursement provided
