REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications required
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator overseeing instances of B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and OMS
- Industry experience in direct-to-consumer fashion
- Experience in working in the Lightning interface
- Experience working in both Sales and Service Cloud
- Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as building custom solutions or implementing app exchange applications
- Experienced with workflows/process builders and lightning flows
- Experienced with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
