Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Human Resources/Talent Development Department, we have an opportunity for an intern to engage in HR Operations, which will include administration, onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and HR projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and take part in conducting orientation
  • Assist with offboarding procedures
  • Create engagement initiatives for the Employee Services group
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR and Talent Development initiatives
  • Assist with the new Learning Management System (LMS) to help with training adoption
  • Support team with internal mobility events and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter with a natural curiosity
  • Must be able to pivot gracefully to accomplish prioritized tasks
  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $19.00
