Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Talent Acquisition Intern is an exciting opportunity for a college student who wants to work in recruitment at a fast-paced, high-growth company. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a group of global professionals looking for an intern to support critical hires in the United States across various departments.

In this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects, such as diversity & inclusion, HRIS, university relations, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies for companywide hiring.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring.
  • Utilize Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates for Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Research recruiting sources to support diversity hiring plans.
  • Assist with early career/internship event planning and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
