About the Role 

As a Staff Product Designer, you will work on problem spaces that touch all of the experiences across Flowcode, and help design and create intuitive product experiences for our creators (both B2B and B2C). You have a proven track record of success in designing innovative creator journeys, building multiple end-to-end products, and design systems based on metrics-driven outcomes. You are a startup/scale-up minded individual, with experience mentoring other designers and leading cross-functional teams. You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for UX/UI design both inside and outside of work. 

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms
  • Demonstrated UX/UI leadership for both B2C and B2B products
  • Experience working in organizations with rigorous design principles and heavy testing
  • Experience leading user research and usability testing initiatives

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in designing innovative customer journeys, building multiple end-to-end products, and design systems based on metrics-driven outcomes
  • Startup/scale-up mentality
  • Experience mentoring other designers and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in designing analytics dashboards and tools for data-driven decision-making
  • Passion for UX/UI design both inside and outside of work
  • A demonstrated commitment to previous organizations by working there for more than three years
