About the Role

Flowcode is a pioneering company that bridges the gap between offline and online interactions for brands and consumers. With a strong focus on privacy, speed, and intention, we've established ourselves as the trusted QR provider for top brands like the NBA, Corcoran, and Heinz. As we continue to grow and tackle new challenges, we're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop intuitive product experiences for our creators, spanning both B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and lead user research initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across our products.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of our design team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of success in designing innovative creator journeys.
  • 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership in UX/UI design, with experience mentoring other designers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in organizations with rigorous design principles and heavy testing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success in designing analytics dashboards and tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Startup/scale-up mentality, with a passion for UX/UI design both inside and outside of work.
  • Strong background in designing for B2B and B2C products, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
