  • Experience in Service Now process of Problem management, Incident Management, Change Management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.
  • Effective communication on scrum teams' delivery status to organizations tech and business leadership providing insight into RAG status, risks and mitigation to meet product release in committed timeline.
