Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced East Coast Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the East Coast market, fostering strong relationships with clients, and driving continued growth of our contractor network. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in sales and account management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer/contractor base on the East Coast.
  • Identify and engage with potential contractors through research, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Proven success in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of CIPP lining technology and trenchless rehabilitation methods is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the East Coast region.
  • Proficiency in CRM (NetSuite) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
