- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of CIPP lining technology and trenchless rehabilitation methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the East Coast region.
- Proficiency in CRM (NetSuite) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
