The impact you will have
The Mgr. Performance Marketing will play a pivotal role on the Growth Marketing team as a driver of high-quality leads across various paid media channels.. This role will be responsible for overseeing all performance-related paid media efforts including campaign optimization, budget management & channel expansion across search, social, display & programmatic.
On a daily basis you will
The average day for this role will consist of analyzing paid media performance to inform optimization strategies, fine-tune budget mix & ensure lead generation goals are met globally. The Mgr. Performance Marketing will continuously work to develop & implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation across the top, middle and bottom of the funnel. This role will be responsible for optimizing paid media spend & maximizing direct ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustment of campaigns, creative, audiences & channel mix.
The skills you will demonstrate
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaigns and/or demand generation
- 2+ years of experiencemanaging team members
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- People Leader experience leading a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
- Experience in SEM, paid socials, display & programmatic required
- Experience in A/B testing, CRO & SEO preferred
- Data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of inbound and outbound marketing tactics and lead generation
The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible to change, willing to collaborate with other SMEs across multiple departments without losing sight of the end goal & willing to lead from the front and remove obstacles in the way of execution as applicable.
