Roles include Application Analyst, Data Visualization Engineer, Data Engineer, Platform Engineer and more. Our rotational program provides early career guidance as you jumpstart your career at General Mills, along with the ability to quickly experience two varied roles spanning 12 months each. Participate in community building and knowledge sharing events such as Code Camp and Agile Conference.

The base salary for this position is $88,000. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their role. The salary for this role represents the factors considered in the hiring decision including education and degree obtained. Beyond base salary, General Mills offers a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall physical wellbeing & mental health. We are proud to offer a foundation of health benefits, retirement and financial wellbeing, time off programs and other perks. Benefits may vary by role, location, and other employment status factors. In this role you will be able to participate in our annual incentive program. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
