Amazon Stores Mexico is seeking a strategic, analytical and highly motivated individual to lead several complex projects that will fuel Amazon MX growth for the next 5-10 years. You will identify, design, develop and implement complex projects that will expand Amazon growth. The Sr Product Manager is a well-rounded PM, with experience developing and implementing complex projects in multiple areas (Sales, Marketing, Supply planning, Revenue Management). This individual will lead cross-functional teams and will be the coordinator between the Consumer organization and the Tech organization. This person will help prioritize among Consumer projects with balancing between impact and implementation feasibility, and always ensuring that Amazon MX projects add to the long-term strategy. To achieve our business objectives, you will work closely with local and international teams including Central Teams, Tech teams, Consumer, Legal and Finance.

We expect the Sr PM to be a passionate customer with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The Sr PM must be an effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon’s most important partners, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a sense of humor.

  4. Lead customer downstream value initiatives
  5. Review, assess, and prioritize project pipeline and market opportunities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • +8 years of professional background
  • Fluent in both, English and Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
