Currently, Ryerson is seeking a qualified Customer Experience Supervisor to join our Customer Development sales team in Minneapolis, MN.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning, assigning and directing work for CSC Inside Sales Representatives
- Provide all coaching, sales mentorship and training for team members
- Provide a cohesive and collaborative culture promoting open, frequent communication
- Drive hiring process for new team members as necessary
- Appraising performance in all sales functional areas
- Drive sales and margin growth that align with corporate/regional strategies
- Other duties as assigned
Some travel is expected as needed to assist sales efforts to better understand the local markets we serve.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years of progressive levels of sales experience in the metals industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include ownership of performance management responsibilities
- Knowledge of metals prices, inventory and quality
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Expertise with AS400, SAP, Sales Force
- High commitment to meeting organizational goals and objectives
