Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork. • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with conflict resolution and investigations related to employee complaints or disciplinary issues. Promote positive employee relations by fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment. Handle employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution. • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and travel to other practice locations throughout the county. • Proficiency and knowledge to provide technical support and resolve general IT issues. • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. • Experience in recruitment is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. Compensation: $25 - $28
