Job Summary

The incumbent will conduct research involving plant tissue culture, molecular biology and recombinant DNA manipulations, and high throughput DNA sequencing. Along the way, they will acquire skills and training needed to conduct this research. One or more biology or chemistry laboratory courses and a basic familiarity with biology and genetics is required for this position. The position is available immediately and can extend beyond the Fall 2024 semester.

Some recollection of high school biology, chemistry, genetics, and current enrollment in or completion of introductory chemistry and biology.
