Essential Duties:
- Works closely with external and internal project teams to execute low to medium complexity project- based tasks. Reports out on project status to stakeholders.
- Direct Buyer/Planners as to PO needs and Requirements
- Individual will identify, research and evaluate supplier with Limited guidance
- Individual could negotiate pricing, delivery terms of components within the project with Limited guidance from Management
- Monitors the quality delivery, and overall performance of suppliers
- Experience with medical device qualification ( IQ, PQ, OQ)
- Experience with medical device product development process and milestones within the projects (design verification, qualification timing etc. )
- knowledge of regulatory requirements for US FDA
- knowledge of product design and medical device manufacturing process (swiss machine, injection moulding, assembly, extrusion, braiding)
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with medical device highly preferred; experience in highly regulated industry may be okay depending on the experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Working with RD, Quality, Supply chain - cross functional working
- Experience negotiating pricing, payment options, etc.
- Monitor quality and delivery and overall project
- Experience with presenting preferred
- PM certification not required
Bachelor's degree in with 5-7 years' experience preferred (Engineering preferred - technical background), Master's degree with 3-5 years okay
