Responsible for supporting the Director in the daily operations of the Proposal Development Office at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Serve as the administrative lead in developing all components of federal and non-federal grant proposals. Coordinate institutional approvals and submission information at BU and across partnering institutions. Assist in developing training resources for faculty and staff on grant mechanisms, grant review, and other relevant research topics. Collaborate with the Director and other institutional leaders to track and interpret submission data to identify funding trends and areas for improvement. This position directly supervises staff and/or students, including making recommendations for hiring and firing, completing performance evaluations, training, allocating work, and resolving problems.

  • Strong organizational skills.

    Experience:

    5 to 8 years of related work experience.
