CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position provides comprehensive support for data and reporting from our HR Information Systems. The incumbent will provide exceptional customer service on data requests for Oracle platforms including Core HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and Applicant Tracking. The incumbent will use Tableau to extract data.

This position is a year-round internship, and the selected candidate must be available to work for 24-28 hours per week.

  • Completes government Occupational Employment Statistics (OES) reporting.
  • Generates and distributes monthly manual reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provides operational support for the Reporting and Analytics team that includes, but not limited to, creating ad hoc reports and scheduled reports, troubleshooting inquiries from stakeholders, and modifying existing reports.
  • Escalates issues to their direct supervisor, when appropriate.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of the internship.
  • Must have an expected graduation date of May 2025 or later.
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and/or Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidential data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Adaptability to change and desire and ability to make improvements and to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Experience with or an interest to learn reporting tools such as Tableau.
