Wedding Sales Manager

Selling Wedding facilities, Room Blocks, services, and staff of the Hotel in accordance with the facilities business/marketing plans in order to meet or exceed budgeted catering department revenue goals while establishing a strong tie with our customers working very closely with them and catering team to deliver excellent service on all of the banquet/catering function.
Your daily responsibilities will involve handling incoming RFPs and inquiries, managing proposals, site visits, contracts and BEOs, and effectively communicating client expectations to the hotel team. You will be selling the events as well as servicing your clients.
You will report directly to the Director of Sales (Director of Catering) and play a vital role in the overall success of the hotel.Education & Experience
We require 2 - 4 years of relevant hotel or Wedding Sales experience in an upscale hotel or venue environment. Knowledge of Hilton systems and Delphi is a plus. Essentials
To excel in this role, you must be eligible to work in the United States, possess the necessary education and literacy skills to communicate effectively with guests, and embody HVMG’s Culture of Excellence with a warm smile, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude.
